We are also responsible for coordinating all aspects of the remodeling process, including hiring subcontractors, ordering materials, and ensuring that the work is completed within the stipulated time frame and to the client’s satisfaction. Our process

We Like to start by making the process as easy as possible. Simply begin by contacting us and setting up a free onsite consultation. In that initial meeting, information is gathered for what kind of work the client is looking to have done and what kind of a budget they were wanting to spend on it. From there we typically spend anywhere from 1 day to several weeks, depending on the size of the project, establishing a ballpark estimate. If the ballpark estimate is within the range of what you were budgeting for the project, then we begin the design phase.

Chris Laufer began a career in construction at the age of 18 as a heavy equipment operator in the United States Air Force. After the Air Force, he dove straight into residential remodeling and hasn’t looked back. He has had decades of hands-on remodeling experience. Anything from forming foundations, framing in additions, or finish grade carpentry work. He also provides the company with drafting and design/build capabilities. By working closely with an engineer and using his decades of experience, he can design the project of your dreams and bring it to life.

Ian is more than just the van driver of the company, nicknamed “the closer”, Ian provides a lot of out of construction experience in logistics and supply chain experience from a retail background that really helps in wrapping up jobs, getting those last-minute products in a quick turnaround. Also an apprentice carpenter with experience assisting not only his father growing up on the Big Island doing handyman projects, but also two years of experience at a reputable Design/Build firm also from Beaverton.

John was born in Longview, Washington, and raised in St. Helen, OR. He has always been an outdoorsy person and loves spending time doing anything that involves being outside. One of his favorite hobbies is Jiu Jitsu, which he has been practicing for a few years now. He also enjoys watching movies when he has some downtime. He is currently an army reservist and takes pride in serving our country. Additionally, he has been working as a carpenter for the past 1.5 years, which has been a great learning experience for him. He enjoys being able to work with my hands and see the tangible results of hard work. Overall, he’s a hardworking and driven person who is always looking for new challenges and experiences.
